Description
We offer a wide range of recreational and competitive gymnastics programs. West Wind Gymnastics Club is a not-for-profit, volunteer driven club. We provide athletes and club members with a safe, welcoming, challenging and fun environment where they can enjoy gymnastics activities.
We offer a variety of recreational programs from ages 18 months and up, including Parent and Tot, the CANGym badge program and Parkour. In addition to these programs, we offer birthday parties on the weekends, field trips for school groups, Christmas parties for families and businesses and adult classes.
Our competitive group is made up of both men’s and women’s pre-competitive and competitive athletes. They train hard so they can compete at competition all over Alberta and qualify for the Provincial Championships, Western Championships and National Championships.
Over the years, our athletes have won gold at the Provincial, Western and National Championships.

Good luck to our JO 6 & 7 athletes today at Southern Zones (qualifier for the Provincial Championships). The top 48 in each level move on to provincials. With over 300 competitors these ladies will have to fight hard, but they are well prepared and up for the challenge!
West Wind Gymnastics Club is looking for a part time front desk person. Pay is minimum wage and will be between 0 and 15 hours per week. West Wind Gymnastics Club is Hiring 2 people: University or college student for 65 hours of work. Hours will be April 3-6, 8 am to 5 pm and some hours in May. At the end of the hours the Alberta Government will send you $1,000. This is through the SCIP program and info can be found on the joinscip.ca website, register as a student and apply for the Camp Leader position under West Wind Gymnastics Club. Job will include working with youth ages 4-13 during our gymnastics camp. Gymnastics experience not required but an asset. Activities will be planned and supplies purchased for you. Activities will include crafts, games, science, cooking, story time, and of course gymnastics. This could turn into a permanent part time position or summer position with us.
