🎉TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY🎉 Today we are celebrating Cindy W. Before joining Lethbridge Fit Body Boot Camp Cindy did not step foot inside of a gym for a very long time. Cindy's life drastically changed over the past few years and she wasn't sure she was ready to commit to getting fit. Cindy used to go to fitness classes and even participated in a body building Competition 13 years ago. For the past 5 years or so Cindy spent time looking after her husband who was terminally ill with cancer. Life was no longer about her but looking after and loving her husband with everything she had. On December 18, 2016 John passed away and she made a promise to him to look after herself. Cindy began to eat better and started walking everyday. The extra weight began to slowly come off and but she knew that she needed to do more. Over the past 14 months Cindy has lost 55 lbs, 8 dress sizes and improved her healthy tremendously. She has increased energy levels and participated in the 2018 Moonlight Run all because of the continuous support of Lethbridge Fit Body Boot Camp. "Life is very different for [her] these days with learning how and what works for [her]. [She] has met incredible people through Fit Body Boot Camp and the coaches are awesome. Some days [she] needs an extra boost and [she] gets that with Fit Body Boot Camp. 🎉TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY🎉 Today we are celebrating Shawna Nelson😀 Before joining Lethbridge Fit Body Boot Camp Shawna never had any consistent work out program. She had purchased a few different gym memberships and found that it would only last a month or less. She felt out of place due to the fact that the equipment intimidated her and she did not have the knowledge to build her own program and found that she only used the cardio equipment. Her sister told her about Lethbridge Fit Body Boot Camp and it took up the courage to try it because she was afraid to fail. Shawna's health and fitness before Fit Body was non-existent and caused weight gain. After having 4 kids Shawna became complacent with the weight gain and allowed it to take over. Shawna found herself to overeat while eating all the wrong foods. Shawna became depressed and angry with herself for not having enough self-love to care about her health that added to lower self-esteem. Shawna quit socializing and stopped participating in all family fun activities that included any type of exercise. "Fit Body Boot Camp has given her motivation back, [she] feels much stronger and has consistently been attending Fit Body Boot Camp. [She] now is excited to go to and to push outside comfort zones and gaining confidence with each workout. Fit Body Boot Camp has taught [her] how to exercise, eat healthy portion sizes and how to fuel [her] body." "[She] feels more excited about life and spends [her] days being more aware of her food choices. [She] now has a routine that includes meal prepping, going to bed early, setting out gym clothes and drinking lots of water.
