Hockey is often the heart of the community and we are heartbroken by the tragedy in Humboldt. Tonight we will light City Hall green to show our love and support for everyone involved. "On behalf of the City of Lethbridge, we would like to express our sincere condolences to families of the Humboldt Broncos players at this very sad and difficult time. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you." - Mayor Spearman.

We've received reports of residents getting phone calls from people claiming to be census takers. Please be advised that no City of Lethbridge census takers will be calling you. If you have not filled out our census online, census takers will come to your door and will have identification. They will not be asking for your email address and there are no fees attached to collecting census date.
