Let's start this month off with a BANG 💥 & be motivated to work hard on those summer bodies! ☀️👙 We are excited to have an awesome month with everyone eating healthier, sleeping better & exercising more! 😁

🏃🏼♀️ 🏃🏻Starting this Monday! 🙌🏼 Our Endurance Classes are back with Coach Alanna which will be every Monday at 5:30pm - meet in the backlot at CFOK ☀️ The first 4 weeks will be FREE for everyone ($15/Drop In) After we will be commencing a 6 Week Endurance Training Cycle. This year, we are focusing on making you a better all around athlete. 🏋🏻♂️ If you don’t know how to run or cringe every time you see running in WODs, then this program is for you! 😁 Learn how to run properly, become a well rounded athlete, build your engine through endurance! 🏃🏼♀️ You don’t have to know how to run or be great at running to come to our Endurance Classes! See everyone on Monday April 30th @ 5:30pm ☀️🏃🏼♀️
