We can't be there to console them but we can show our support. On Saturday April 14 from 8:00am to 1:30pm, we will honour the Humboldt Broncos. Our "first class free with a food donation" will change to a CASH DONATION. All drop in fees for that day will be collected and donated as well. Living in Calgary for the past 15 years has allowed her to work at various studios instructing Step, TRX, HIIT, Strength, Yoga and Spin. Vanessa is driven by the loud music and vibrant energy of Spin Classes and is well known for her amazing choreography and sick beats.
