A CONGRATULATIONS goes out to Kaitlyn Brianne for losing over 30 lbs and almost 20 inches! Kate has been training with me 3 times a week sometime near the beginning of the summer. She is a nurse working with sick children in both Guelph and Hamilton hospitals. Her 12 hour shifts changing from days, nights, weekends and mornings hasn't stopped her from identifying, pursuing, and achieving her goals! That's what I love about ParkIN Fitness clients. Keep up the amazing work Kate!

Bogdan Bunescu looking as colourful as the fall leaves performing some TRX hammer chest presses. This exercise tests your abilities in completely immobilizing your core and shoulder girdle, while mobilizing the elbow and shoulder joints only. This allows the primary (chest) and secondary (triceps, shoulder) muscles to perform the movement, creating tension on the desired muscles to complete the exercise. Keep looking awesome brother!

Bradley Michael Gamberg and I decided that the rain wasn't going to stop us from training outdoors for our session. All ParkIN Fitness clients have the opportunity to train with me outdoors when the weathers nice, indoors at Stay Fit True 24/7 Fitness & X-SST Elite Division, and even in home! Being apart of the ParkIN Fitness team means there are no excuses!

Edyta Trojanowski warming up her legs with some body weight squats before we get to the serious parts of her lower body workout. Warm up sets prior to exercising any muscle(s) is a must. Not only are you warming up the muscle tissues and joints, but you are also preparing the central nervous system to undergo the exercise. There is never a set amount of warm up sets to do. It can change between different muscles and even different workouts. Do as many as you need to feel comfortable and prepared for the workout planned ahead!
