From our centrally located manufacturing facilities located off Highway 401 in Guelph and the QEW in Oakville, Con Cast Pipe is close to aggregate supply and the province’s main markets. Our customers benefit from just-in-time delivery.

On January 20, 2016, Con Cast Pipe supplied New Alliance Ltd with a monolithic valve chamber for their Countryside Drive project in the Region of Peel. The structure measured 5500mm x 3800mm and weighed approximately 35,000kgs per piece. The structure was manufactured to the Region of Peel standards, and was installed in one day. Through the Perfect Pipes dedicated production process, the HDPE pipe lining is machine welded to size and secured to the outer concrete by 900 homogeneous anchors per square meter. This combination eliminates the possibility of circumferential deflection in the liner. The Perfect Pipe system provides exceptional protection against the shifting or separation of the concrete pipe from the HDPE liner. Every HDPE liner is anchored to the concrete pipe by 900 homogeneously extruded anchors per square meter. Each anchor provides 56lbs (250N) of pull-out strength, ensuring that the liner stays in its intended position.
