Infinitea started off as an idea years ago, a dream if you will... what if there was a place where you could go and hang out and put your feet up or lounge in a bean bag and read a book or pick up a guitar or play a game of scrabble with friends while sipping a hot drink on a cold rainy day. What if that hot drink had a little liquor in it? What if that hot drink was served in a crazy elephant shaped tea pot and a mismatched china teacup? What if you got hungry & there was a hot pot of chilli on the stove ready to go and you could fill your belly without emptying your wallet? What if there was a place that was just there for everyone to enjoy and spend time and eve get inspired and put on a workshop or sell their crafts? Hula hoop class, Tarot reading, French lessons, spoken word, crochet, egyption pharoah head dressmaking class.... Infinitea - everything you can imagine.

This Friday we are very excited to have the new Hark Raving Sirens perform at Infinitea for the first time! Infinitea was where it all began for this trio and we are excited to hear them as they continue their musical journey.. With an ever increasing repertoire of cleverly crafted covers and reworked classics we can't wait to see what these sassy songstresses have in store for us upon their return. Make sure you come down early to get a table and spend a long overdue night with The Sirens.

Janeil Lott will be taking the class having had many years experience cooking and running kitchens in Fernie and around the country. Menu: Potato Gnocchi with Arugula Almond Pesto, Grated Parmigiano Fettuccine semolina Noodles with Creamy Chicken and Spinach Alfredo Sauce (Vegetarian Optional) Authentic Bolognaise sauce The class will start at 6pm and go until 8pm when dinner will be served. The whole class will sit down and feast on the nights achievements while enjoying a glass of wine. The cost of the class is $35 which includes the 2hr class, the meal, a glass of wine & an emailed recipe sheet. Additional guests are welcome to join at 8pm for $15 which includes the meal & a glass of wine. We are closed Tuesdays so you will have Infinitea to yourselves! BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL!! The two of them have been traveling the world playing music as 'Cafe con Leche' and will be playing a night of music for us at Infinitea this Friday.
