The Loaf - A place to meet, eat and drink. A brunch and dinner restaurant with great wine and craft BC beers. The Loaf has been growing and evolving for seven years, from a start-up in a miner’s cottage to a firm favourite in Fernie’s Downtown core.
Owners Phil & Claire Gadd have always designed The Loaf to be accessible and affordable, a neighbourhood restaurant where everyone is welcome and feels comfortable, no matter what the time of day. We have built a reputation for excellent food, made from scratch on the premises daily.
Now its time for some changes: updating the interior to make a more comfortable dining experience, extending the list of craft beers and offering more wines and liquor. We're creating an environment where the focus is on exceptional food, good company and a social dining experience.
