This is a Birdhouse public service announcement: With the large accumulation of snow in the Elk Valley over the short period of time. Most low slope roofs have roughly a meter of snow on them. With a warming trend near the end of this week. The snow will get heavier. If your going to shovel the roof off. Be careful of vents, plumbing stacks & skylights. No need to scrape it right to roof level, leave some on the surface. If your experiencing problems with your hot water tank or furnace, make sure the exhaust/intakes aren't buried in snow.

Beauty day a few weeks back. Loving the pre summer weather!
Lots of steel valley pans on this home. All shingles are tarred to keep them glued down during the toughest winters the Elk Valley can throw down. We had to prime and paint the rusty chimney while we were up there leaving a great finish.
Couple neat panoramic photos of a project a couple weeks ago. IKO Cambridge shingles in Charcoal are all the rage this year! Really digging these vents made by Maximum. Heavy gauge steel to withstand a snow shovel or large bird.
Roofing season has been blazing by. Some really hot days, but equally cloudy and rainy days, doesn't seem to slow us down!
