Sunday Barefoot Yoga in the Park with Claire Heywood. Sundays Feb 5,12,19,26 9.30 - 10.30 am $15 per class - (pay on the day) Sink your toes into the lush green oval, open up to the big surrounds and embrace the morning life... Doing yoga outside is expansive and fun! Join us for an hour of moving, stretching, breathing, a little low impact aerobic exercise and resting under the sky. No need to book - just meet me in Selwyn Park outside the Albion Community House from 9.15 am. BYO mat/towel/sarong/hat/sunnies - whatever you need to make yourself comfortable in the outdoors.
