A good place to start is state where you grew up, where you finished school, what you went on to study (if so, what were your majors), and what you have always had a love/passion for. Why should we hire you? The question that makes everyone think...I'm not sure?? This is the chance for you to demonstrate your CONFIDENCE and make them believe you are the right person for the role. 2. Because you have demonstrated skills and experience (reflect) and believe you would be able to achieve in this position. What's your biggest achievement? 3. Sometimes your biggest achievement doesn't have to be so big. It can be lots of little things. Finding quick/easy solutions to problems which in turn people have been very great full/thankful for. Maybe it was a difficult situation or a conflict you resolved in the past. It can also be something you worked really hard for and achieved. Why shouldn't we hire you? 4. A trick question a lot of the time. Don't focus on you, focus on the company. Say you think they should hire the best person for the job, someone with the best organisation fit. What is your greatest strength? 5. Say something good about yourself, if you're not sure, ask you're friends and family what they think your greatest strength is. Remember, it has to be relatable to the workplace. What is your greatest weakness? 6. Try to say a negative-positive if you can, like you hate not finishing tasks, alternatively, state an honest weakness that you have and how you have worked on this and improved and how this has created a positive difference in your life.
