Curdnatta Art Group / Platform Gallery - Port Augusta
Description
Local artists voluntarily run "The Platform Gallery" at Port Augusta's Railway Station as an artists' studio and sales point for local art works. Curdnatta Art Group is a community group that is open to people from Port Augusta and local surrounds.
Membership costs $50 per year and along with 25% of sale of artworks contributes towards the running costs of the PLATFORM GALLERY.
Gallery opening times are variable and depend on other local attractions and events. Please ring to make a booking if if times don't suit you.
Several groups are currently meeting at the gallery.

Spinners / textile artists
Writers
Photographers
General meeting - Every last Saturday in the month at 10am.
All members are able to sell works in the gallery . There are several group exhibitions each year and the opportunity to hold solo exhibitions.

The work of TarJa Tarja Wallius.. Tarja is one of the artists from Lapland who visited us in October. Tarja collected rubbish from her travels as part of the Margin to Margin project, trimmed and blanket stitched around the edges. this is the final installation.
