I specialize in creating unique and interesting cake designs for your special occasion. I work from a purpose built kitchen located at my house and I am trained in patisserie and am an experienced cake decorator. Small business located in Stockton NSW. I work from a purpose built kitchen at the back of my house where I create and decorate Cakes, Cookies, Desserts and do the occasional catering job.
I am trained in Patisserie as well as an experienced Cake decorator. My rates are very reasonable and my cakes and pastries etc. are all made from fresh ingredients and put together with love.

Now that I have a display fridge I can make a lot more things and want to know specifically what flavours of tarts, eclairs etc that you would like to see. For example, the chocolate tarts were popular but the Strawberry not so much. Also, if you suggest a flavour and I end up having it at the next market, I will give you a free sample for your time. The next market is Saturday 24th June.
