Nvidia agrees to settlement in lawsuit for GTX 970 false advertising

If you are the owner of a NVIDIA GTX 970, this is worth taking a look at! It seems that NVIDA have settled the class-action lawsuit filed against them for misrepresenting the amount of memory the card really had. It is believed that US GTX 970 owners will receive $30.00 USD compensation, and it is possible that NVIDIA will give away a Steam game key to a AAA game as compensation to non US owners.
