This project called for the styling of this property ready for resale. Although out of area, this was a great little project that demonstrated the value of styling of a home ready for resale = one quick sale with only two open houses required & a handy tidy profit above asking price.

Project: Rundle Street
Preparing this home for sale was a great styling project. The Wallsend home was styled mostly with the owners own furniture and decorator items, so costs were kept to a minimum. The house was sold after a single open house and achieved more than $35,000 above the asking price.
