The Moorabbin Boxing Gym is a traditional boxing gym. With the emphasis on boxing we offer casual training, circuit classes and PT sessions for everyone. The Moorabbin Boxing Gym and Personal Training Program is for all ages and fitness levels.
We have low joining fees (yearly membership of only $50.00) and $5.00 per training session,
We want you to have a great work out in a fun and friendly environment.
We are a traditional boxing gym without the intimidation and aggression. We train everyone from men and women that want to challenge themselves, get fit and lighter. Amateur and Professional boxers who want to improve their technique and conditioning. Children that want to learn basic self defense and have fun while exercising.
We guarantee quality, experience and variety with training sessions to help you achieve your fitness goals.
We offer casual training, circuit classes and one on one personal training with the emphasis on boxing. We also offer group sessions for clubs and schools.
Boxing training is a fun way to exercise and at the same time you are learning self defense, coordination, discipline and self confidence.
The technical and fitness coaches will provide you with expertise and support during your sessions.
Head Trainer: Steve Kerr has been involved in boxing for over 40 years. He originally trained under the legendary trainer Harry Martin in Sandringham. Steve holds both professional and amateur trainer licenses.
Over the years he has trained a number of professional boxing champions such as Shane Brock, Darren Zappa, Mark Bateman and Lee Kovacevic.

He has also trained many amateur boxing champions including Peter Backman, Adam Kaoullaus, Ele Shenhine, Shaun Kenny and most recently Stephanie Mfongwot 2015 Australian Champion,
In addition to training boxers Steve also trains a number of clients that never intended to box they love the training sessions. The benefits of boxing training include weight loss, increased agility and coordination, muscle definition and greater all round fitness. It also develops self confidence and self discipline.
