Actually that should read LOVING the colours we've hidden the chocolate brown chunky punky bed frame with. Euro pillows are a must to cover "meh" bedheads. And given the target demographic a super cool coverlet along with on trend green, grey & tan tops it all off. Simple yet effective. It's how we roll.

F%#*ING EPIC MAKEOVER: Our clients had been unsuccessful in selling their home before we were asked in. We advised our clients to paint their walls white which has brightened up the room so much. We also advised removing the cot (it was put in the spare bedroom) replace with a bedroom set up (they were able to borrow a bed base from a friend). HALLWAY TIP Let your homes bones do the talking. We removed a very full bookshelf from under the hallway window & it's lifted the space so much! If you have older carpets, try distracting the eye with a rug (this round jute one is perfect against this colour carpet). My biggest style tip is KEEP IT SIMPLE. SIMPLIFY. LESS IS MORE. BLACK KITCHEN Our clever clients flipped their kitchen for their upcoming sale. It's made such a huge difference & really completed their already stunning apartment. Loving the black cupboards, timber benchtops & subway tiles with black grout.

NOVEMBER reflections... What a journey SIMPLIFY ME has been on this year! Since June we've had our own warehouse full of stock & continue to go from strength to strength. I'm so grateful & also so lucky to have such an amazing team on board. We're still taking booking for 2017 however have limited spots left so get in quick if you need our help!

BEFORE/AFTER Out with the big (comfy) leather sofas, in with the slick streamlined 2.5 seat sofa & arm chairs. An awkward L-shaped room, we wanted to fill out the space without it feeling overcrowded.We moved the big leather sofa to the back family room & used our clients lamp only to create a sophisticated formal family room.

LIVING For practical, everyday living our clients had a HUGE light grey modular sofa in this teeny living room. It served a purpose - enough seating for 2 adults & 2 kids. BUT we needed to create a sense of space so switched it with a 2.5 seat sofa & 2 arm chairs. Styling for sale isn't necessarily practical for every day living. I for one would be fighting over who got to sit on the sofa haha. You don't have to be selling to utilise our home organising & styling services.
