While she has a strong interest in the holistic aspects of natural medicine, she firmly believes in evidence based research to support traditional uses of herbal and nutritional supplements. As a result of this interest she has had a paper published looking at evidence based research on herbal treatments of colon cancer.

Her therapeutic plan for each client starts with the client's needs a the centre. She then uses the best combination of  herbal and nutritional medicine with energetic remedies, dietary and lifestyle advice.
