Rowan and Alana beginning their strength programming with a good deadlift session. Ro managed to finish on 100kg deadlift for a double and Lemur finished with a 60kg deadlift for a double!! Awesome work both of you!! Keep up the good work!! 💪💪

Tim started his strength training today and learned how to deadlift properly!! Even managed 60kgs for 2 reps and learned to cushion impact on his knees properly as he demonstrates with his box jumps. (Yup, he's showing off.) Well done Mr. P. ;) 👏💪

This chicky; she struggled with deads due to her form but after continously drilling form into her, she finally did it! Good form!! And did 50kgs for 2 reps too!! Well done Raech! 👏💪💪

Lee demonstrating a myostatic crunch. To help build his core strength and help increase his numbers in his lifts. Seems his core is conditioned well as he ended up doing an extra set because he felt like it. Good job bro!!

The first of many sessions where we will get to 'lift heavy shit'. (12 weeks worth in fact). Good to see that despite not having done strength in a while due to programming, both 'Dilbert' and 'Samminator' came in with a strong start! Impressive work both of you!! Many more to come! 💪💪
