BARISTAS Note: You will be working with Code black coffee DC & EK grinders, PB Linea 3 Group and assortment of other goodies. (Full time & Part time role available) FLOOR STAFF Notes: You will be working with a great group of people, MUST be available on weekends (Full time & Part time available) MANAGER Notes: Please note all the above (Full time & Part time role available) Remuneration in accordance with experience The ideal candidates will have the following: ✅At least 2 years experience in café / hospitality ✅Previous management experience (Manager) ✅Experience of working within the speciality coffee industry ✅The ability to demonstrate sound knowledge of shots, adjusting grind, extraction etc (Barista) ✅Attention to detail ✅Strong latte art skills (Barista / Manager) ✅Knowledge on maintaining coffee equipment (Barista / Manager) ✅Good communication skills ✅Excellent interpersonal skills for handling staff and customers. (Manager) ✅Must be available on weekends ✅Good understanding of food hygiene ✅Reliable & Hardworking ✅Passion for healthier food🍇🍉🍋🍌🍍 Additional notes: There is an opportunity to jump across to our sister venue (10 mins away in Elwood) as well as potentially work on some contracted day events during the summer months. 🕓Hours are currently 6 till 4 most weekdays, Saturday 7 till 3 and Sunday 8 till 3, With potential late afternoon trading at a later date.
