Bates Inc. was started over fourteen years ago by the company’s owner and operator Kim Bates.  Through consistently performing an extremely high-quality job and offering exceptional one-on-one customer service, Kim and her family have grew the company from a scheduled weekly maintenance of three residential properties to now offering scheduled maintenance on both residential and commercial properties as well as offering a full line of landscape services and products.  Over 80% of our client list has been doing business with K.G. Bates for more than eight years.    K.G. Bates also assists our customers in outdoor living areas by fully designing, building and landscaping outdoor living spaces such as outdoor fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, arbors and entrances.
