The Edgar May has recently added both tennis balls and lacrosse balls for massaging those tough to reach places your hands can’t. The idea of tennis ball and lacrosse ball massage is to apply specific pressure to a stiff or aching spot in a muscle by trapping it between your body and something else: usually the floor and wall. It’s exactly like foam rolling, but less trendy and more precise. The balls will be located in the stretching area by the cardio equipment. If you have any questions or you’re not sure how to use them please see the board by the treadmills that can give you more information or asking a fitness attendant.
