Established in 2005, Paul Mitchell the School Springfield is a cosmetology school in Springfield, Missouri. Our school is a part of the bustling Kansas Station Shopping Center and has an edgy, trendy style with a very open feel. Stainless steel beams and a modern color scheme help to create a high-energy vibe within our cosmetology school's walls. With over 75 combined years of experience in the beauty industry, our staff members are kind, knowledgeable, and passionate about giving each Future Professional a top-notch education. Our cosmetology program is specifically designed to teach Future Professionals the skills, knowledge, and professional development techniques that they will need in order to be successful.
An education from Paul Mitchell the School Springfield goes far beyond that of traditional cosmetology schools. Our partnership with the Paul Mitchell Schools network of over 100 schools provides our staff and students with amazing resources and opportunities. Whether it's events like Paul Mitchell Schools Caper, The Gathering, and the
annual FUNraising Gala - or guest artists like Robert Cromeans and Angus Mitchell - our school provides the best that the beauty industry has to offer.
Our cosmetology school has been consistently recognized by the Springfield community and the Paul Mitchell Schools network for continued excellence. In 2012, the mayor of the city proclaimed April 16 as "Paul Mitchell Day" in Springfield recognizing all of our work with charitable organizations. Also in 2012, we were honored to receive the Paul Mitchell Schools Leadership Award.
As we regularly travel across the state for career fairs, and our cosmetology school is a member of the Missouri School Counselor Association, we attract students from all across the Midwest. Paul Mitchell The School Springfield Skin Academy graduated a whole group of industry movers and shakers! McKenzie Kochell is a detail oriented overachiever. When she does something she does it right! Her professionalism and caring nature for her guests are top notch! Halley Judd is the woman to go to with all the answers! Halley is like a walking Encyclopedia of Esti knowledge! Halley will definitely add spice to wherever she goes! Emily Collins has talent in about every vein of Esthetics but I swear she is the best waxer this side of the Mississippi! With both an Esthetics license and a degree in Public Relations she is going to be an irreplaceable catch at the spa that snags her up!
