The last 2.5 months have been soul stirring, painful and enlightening as we were not sure as to if I would be able to be physically active again or not after we discovered I have cauda equina syndrome (all those pieces of disc blown into my nerves..). Physique Fitness has been the most influential chapter of my life...the most rewarding...the most challenging!!! The crew and the clients mean so much to me...I can’t even find the right words❤️. Nothin but love from me to you. Physique will no longer be at 326 N Boonville. So! What’s next...? Stay tuned👏🏼. I will be leaking details asap👏🏼. My booty is still recovering from surgery but my brain is working hard and fast! (...you about have to sit on me to keep me still...lol) I cannot wait to be sweating with some of my favorite peoples again. It’s so amazing that Springfield has so much to offer in the fitness/health industry...keep it up guys! To be straight forward recovery can be pretty damn depressing...Ya know...when you don’t want to do anything, you’re mean to the people you love most and positive thoughts are hard to come by. (A one woman operation😖👸🏼) Feeling better every day though and dreaming up some pretty cool things! I think! I know! 😎🤓. This Thursday (link in bio) join us for a benefit for my giant ass hospital bills😂👌🏼👌🏼 and to help Physique along👏🏼👏🏼! The benefit is at one of my favorite places, Nathan P. Murphy’s...an original blues bar🎧. Doors open at 7-show at 8! Shoot with questions! FRIDAY-stop by Physique to shop the last of our boutique sale, grab your locker stuff, take some selfies and tell our beautiful building good bye for now. I recorded this yesterday. Every day for the last 2 months has been a life lesson, with every day changing. Today I don’t feel the same as yesterday. My heart is on the table. I want the world to know HOW MUCH I CARE ABOUT THE IMPACT PHYSIQUE has had on SO MANY. I am promising myself 6 weeks of absolute rest...no moving furniture even in my mind, lol. Physique Fitness is on pause for now. Get ready for an amazing benefit for Physique and myself (uhhhh, my hospital bills are quite lovely🤬-but I am not alone) at Nathan P. Murphy’s!!
