For years, Marina Mart patrons have enjoyed the Lake Union fireworks display from the docks, and we are pleased that it has become a tradition for many! If you plan on celebrating the Fourth of July at Marina Mart, please keep in mind the following - to ensure a safe, and pleasant environment for everyone: - Fireworks are prohibited - Do not moor your boat in others' slips - Do not moor your boat in common areas or docks - Swimming is not allowed within the marina - Barbecuing is not allowed in the marina - Animals must be kept on a leash - Hazardous materials must not be dumped into the lake - Do not leave valuables in your car, and remember to lock your vehicle - Please pick up your trash Security personnel will be enforcing the Rules and Regulations of the marina (which can be found at each dock's entry-way). Seattle Department of Transportation: Westlake Avenue N Cycle Track Project

NOTICE TO ALL MARINA & OFFICE TENANTS: RE: WESTLAKE CYCLE TRACK CONSTRUCTION As the controversial Westlake Cycle track’s multi-phased construction project has made its way to Marina Mart, we wanted to notify all marina and office tenants that the parking lots in front of the docks and buildings will continue to be drastically affected, where each parking lot, at one point or another, will be entirely cordoned off for an unspecified period of time. Due to the unexpected nature of construction, it is unclear when the project will be completed – but regular updates are provided at http://www.seattle.gov/transportation/wct.htm. You may also contact the Westlake Cycle Track Project Team at 206.909.8578 with any questions or concerns, and ask to be added to their mailing list to receive project updates directly. We apologize for the inconveniences associated with this project – which we have no control over, but we are hopeful that the completion of this project will go smoothly uninterrupted.
