Emerald City Commons is a 61-unit affordable housing for working families in the Rainier Valley and the new home of Rainier Health & Fitness. In collaboration with Mercy Housing, Emerald City Commons is a 61-unit, mixed-used, affordable housing development that serves working families and individuals who have struggled to find affordable and healthy living environments.
At a rental rate between 30%-60% market price, 75% (46-units) has 2-3 bedrooms to accommodate larger families and 20% (12-units) designed to serve families who have members with disabilities.
The facility will also include a 5,700 square foot commercial space on the lower level which is the new home of Rainier Health & Fitness!
