If you have a goal for fitness or for weight loss, then you’re in luck -- Richardson Fit Body Boot Camp is here to help you! Our motivating Afterburn workouts are based on High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and help members burn more fat in 30 minutes than traditional workouts. Trainer Tom and his certified staff will coach you in a motivating group setting where achieving results is a challenge, but one that comes easily. We work hard to create a non-intimidating environment where people of all experience levels can sweat their way to success, and we can’t wait for you to join our supportive fitness community.
