Advice for millennials on coping with strong emotions

“If one of my peers feels sad about a test for example, it’s not OK to feel sad about it. Because we have to be happy 100 percent of time.” -- Taylor Wroblewski '16, an RA in ResLife, comments on whether people allow themselves to feel. It's all part of an article in this weekend's Democrat and Chronicle on the mental health of young adults. Read more:

Where Are They Now? Alumni Profile Series – Jenn Lachell | My Life as a Flyer

"Everything will work out. There will be times where you’ll feel like the world is ending when you’re swarmed with assignments. The best thing to do is to take a deep breath, make a priority list, grab a few snacks, and tackle the priority list with the best work you can create." Advice to future and current #GoldenFlyers from Jenn Lachell '15 :: Events

Join us TODAY (1/18) in the Callahan Theater from 11:30am to 12:20pm for a celebration as we continue our tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. All classes are cancelled during this time so that everyone can attend this event. A lunch reception will follow in the Arts Center lobby. For more MLK events: PLEASE NOTE: This year's commemoration will be held in the Callahan Theater, NOT the Linehan Chapel.

Where Are They Now? Alumni Profile Series – Hayley Johnson | My Life as a Flyer

"Take advantage of the opportunities that come your way! If you get an email about a new organization that has formed on campus, check out the first meeting - you may end up finding your niche that way. 'Why not?' became my mantra as my college experience progressed, so I recommend saying that to yourself sooner rather than later!" -- Advice to incoming freshmen from alumna Hayley Johnson '15.

Battle of the Beaks 2016 @Naz

Although both the men's and women's basketball teams fell to the Fisher Cardinals, there was plenty to celebrate as we raised $8,500 for the Golisano Children's Hospital. We're proud of our Golden Flyers. #GoNaz
