Having an intimate Christmas dinner for two? Splurge with a nice filet mignon and bottle of red wine. Bring meat to room temperature, preheat a cast iron pan on medium-high, and cook 4-5 minutes per side. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving and never cook your filet past medium for best results.
