TCS New York City Marathon reserves the right to remove any posts that don’t adhere to our guidelines and to block anyone who violates them repeatedly. Specifically, we will not tolerate these kinds of posts:

• Defamatory, offensive, obscene, vulgar or depicting violence
• Violations of any intellectual property rights

Opting to travel at a time you are not assigned for affects the safety of other runners, our staff, volunteers, and city transit partners. -Light rain is in the forecast so please dress accordingly. -Discard any unwanted clothing in blue bins and Goodwill will collect & reuse them. Fred Lebow believed that running is for everyone. Under his leadership, the New York City Marathon became a five-borough extravaganza that attracted the world’s best athletes as well as hordes of recreational runners each year who saw the marathon as the ultimate personal challenge.
