God already has everything we need, He just wants us to trust that He will follow through. But in order to fully trust, we have to truly believe in the miraculous!

Our life change story this week features Jennie Valencia from Trinity Fitness Lihue. I started from day 1. Previous to Trinity Fitness, “I fell off” the fitness wagon and went through bouts of depression. I battled being overweight since I was a child so I did all sorts of diets and workouts and I temporarily lost weight BUT it was always short-lived. I knew I was broken inside, my identity was in my weight, I had a hard time loving myself. I told God, “If only there was a gym that REALLY loved the Lord, one that went deep, not just wear scriptures on their shirt...”a year later Will announced Trinity Fitness Lihue at our home church. God is good! God answers prayers at Trinity Fitness! We prayed for my 97 year old grandma’s surgery to be a success, IT WAS. We prayed for my daughter’s relationship with her dad to heal, IT IS STARTING TO. Trinity Fitness shifts my mind...only God can do that. The ministry constantly reminds me to keep my eyes on the prize which is His Kingdom, and not the way I look...Letting the Lord RENEW my mind each time I go...loving myself more and more because God so loved me! Getting fit is bonus!
