Provider Spotlight: “There are few gifts greater than being able to impact people's lives by utilizing acquired skills and knowledge to provide the appropriate health care. Practicing as a Physician Assistant in orthopaedics at LOC allows me to incorporate three passions that I have in the health care profession: the human musculoskeletal system, sports medicine, and helping those in need.” - Ryan Baumert, PA

POST MARATHON TIPS: Week I – Spend this time resting, doing a bit of cross-training and, eventually, testing the waters. Focus on short, light effort, low impact cross-training activities that will boost circulation, warm your muscles, and aid in the healing journey. If all feels well later that week, run a short “testing the waters” easy effort run. Above all - don't overdo it!!!
