The parade begins at 9am this morning at Crossroads Middle School and proceeds north on St. Andrews Road. The parade ends at McDonalds and disburses through Irmo Elementary School. Free shuttles are available at Irmo Elementary School (and 3 other free parking locations) for rides into the festival site at Irmo Community Park.
