Description
Pho Vinh is not your typical Vietnamese restaurant. Our Pho noodle soup bowls can be customized with a variety of toppings. Most items made from scratch. Pho Vinh was opened in April 2009 by Joseph “Joe” Vu with the help of Mr. Vinh. He met his wife, Tammy Tran, when she came in to eat a few months after his opening. With the help of family, word of mouth, new friends, and write-ups from local newspapers, Pho Vinh became Cape’s best kept secret.
Over the years, Joe has studied the eating patterns in the area and decided to localize his menu. Instead of the traditional toppings, such as tripe and tendon, he decided to offer more familiar and healthier choices, such as mushroom and kale.
Pho Vinh has grown and evolved over the years. Joe and Tammy would like to thank everyone for their support and for being a part of the Pho family. The Pho Vinh team looks forward to seeing loyal fans and is always glad to meeting new faces.
