Description
PINE is an American restaurant incorporating a farm to table philosophy and utilizing the bounty of ingredients available in and around new England. Created by acclaimed chef-restaurateur Michael Schlow, Pine features approachable, well executed dishes that focus on local and sustainable New England products. The kitchen is run under the watchful eye of talented Executive Chef Justin Dain.
PINE boasts a knowledgeable, well-informed and friendly staff that is led by Restaurant Manager Tara Mackay.
PINE is the “spot” in Hanover and throughout the Upper Valley.

Exceptional fine dining or lobby bar for anyone to enjoy the food. I had dietary restrictions which I communicated to the wait staff and they had no issues with meeting my needs."
