Mighty Yoga is a hot Power Yoga Studio in NH. We blend compassion and love with fun and SWEAT to create a space for people to decompress and grow! Power yoga studios located in Hanover & Lebanon, NH. In each class, we infuse a MIGHTY vibe: a lively blend of practical wisdom, warm humor, and compassionate spirit that encourages us to move beyond the physical, to transform, and to grow.

In the spirit of celebrating all moms everywhere, let's do some good this Mother's Day Weekend! Join us for a special Project: OM donation class with Hope TOMORROW at 4pm in Hanover! We are excited to partner with Manduka and the Susan G. Komen Foundation to help fight breast cancer as part of a larger benefit that stretches across the nation called Project: OM, the world's largest yoga class of One Million bodies strong. Odd job available: Clean For Yoga? Do you clean for FUN? Do your eyes light UP at the sight of a dust bunny within reach? Do you THRILL at making windows spotless and shiny? We are looking for one awesomely attentive and reliable yogi to clean our Hanover studio. Commit to a 1-2 hour shift once/week in trade for yoga!
