Today kicks off Hero Beer Thursdays! To honor our local heroes we offer BOGO pints for all EMTs, firefighters, military, teachers, nurses and police officers. We open at 2pm and have What The Fork Food Truck here for dinner. Plus it's #NationalWaffleDay and their signature dish is a Korean Friend Chicken n' Waffles!

We were so excited and honored that Chuck Shibao and his daughter Colleen stopped by and enjoyed our Pinhead Pilsner! The Shibao family helped build the temple and Chuck & his wife were married here. When our brewmaster started brewing this ale in his garage, he would always look to see if he could see bubbles. We spotted our lime infused Gose out in the wild this past weekend from @elaboratebartender! While a Gose traditionally is a slightly sour and salty ale, we replace the coriander with lime zest, add lime infused salt and Wakatu hops to give our brew the aroma and flavor of a key lime pie or lime starburst. Try it today in the taproom. We open at 2pm today and El Cubanaso food truck will be here at 4pm.
