Well, my day went from busy to sitting around waiting. I understand that things happen, but I also know my scheduler sends out reminder texts. If you can't make your appointment, even if it's 10 minutes before, just call me or message me. I can't fit someone else into a spot after I've waited 15 minutes to see if a client is just running late!
