Thyme & Tide is a Cornish catering company based in St Agnes and specialising in local fresh and sustainable seafood dishes. This has been especially asked for by friends of the cafe and regular feast goers, so we are very excited to bring you a taste of the ocean with stunning views and a glass of Prosecco on arrival! Whole grilled Cornish mackerel served on a marinaded fennel salad with a salsa verde. Half grilled Cornish lobster drizzled with garlic & herb butter, served with fresh seasonal salad and Cornish new potatoes. Tarte au citron.
Harry is from @Home street food focusing on mexican flavours. This is a one course show with salads and nachos to share for your table....and of course tequila! A great fun night for everyone, relax, eat and be merry. Beef chilli or 5 bean chilli. 12” flour tortilla stuffed with cheese, rice, lettuce, Sour cream, guacamole a choice of pico de gallo or spicy sweet corn salsa.
