** Seminar** This Saturday the 10th December Team Torres Derry will have third degree Black Belt and head of Carlson Gracie Ireland Henrique Saraiva taking two sessions. 11am-1pm 3pm-5pm This is a great opportunity to train with one of Ireland's highest ranked practitioners. Anyone interested please contact Martin McLaughlin. This session is open to everyone.
