Wanna know MOSHIMO's teriyaki sauce rocks? This is why: we make it ourselves by making a broth using loads of fresh vegetables and simmering them in sweet soy for four hours. Don't suppose too many other Japanese restaurants in Brighton do that. Could be wrong, but don't think so.
