Few before/after photos from our extension in Solihull. We removed the old extension and started again. Previous extension wasn’t built very well with lack of insulation and a few other problems. -New extension up to building regs, -New patio and side passage way, -Original render re-painted to match new, -New downstairs shower room created in garage space with new doorway leading to hallway, -New utility room created, -Rustic brick-slips added to pillar and corner where a new log burner will be installed, -Sliding patio doors. -Fibre glass roof with hidden guttering, -New passage way door leading to utility installed. Great customers aswell which helped 😁

Its nice to receive customers pictures of the finished product, with the painting and karndean flooring fitted. Looks nice and bright 👌🏽

Our current job in Solihull coming along nicely, flat roof structure with flitch beams, secret gutter and 3x flat roof lights. This roof will be finished with fibre glass. ☀️

Our orangery extension and landscaping project completed in Knowle for a previous customer. This garden was on many different levels and slopes, we raised everything up so it was level and flat as possible. We also created 2x planting beds out of sleepers. - 7x packs of grey sandstone slabs, - 25 tonne of hardcore, - 12 tonne of top soil, - 10 tonne of sand, - 100sqm premium turf.

A large landscaping job nearly complete, this garden was on various different levels and slopes, which we corrected in the end . So far: - 6x packs of grey sandstone slabs, - 25 tonne of hardcore, - 12 tonne of top soil, - 6 tonne of sand. Now just to finish the paving and turf. The customer wants 2x planting areas and a small water fountain in the paving. We also built the Orangery a few months earlier.

A Orangery extension in Solihull completed using: • Warm roof construction with Anthracite Grey fibre-glass covering, • 3 metre double glazed lantern, • Double glazed UPVC french doors and window, • Designer Radiator, • Modern exterior lighting. We also supplied and fitted a new patio and opened up the dining room into the new extension creating a larger space. Patio area in Wythall completed ✅ We removed 3x skips worth of soil and rubble, created a large partio area with drainage, pathway, new fencing and 2x brick-walls. Slabs were pointed with ‘Easy Joint paving compound - Basalt’ Customer will be creating a raised area near the top at a later date.

New tarmac driveway and porch completed in #Shirley ✅ We removed the old porch and rebuilt to the customers design, matching the new UPVC doors and windows to the existing.

A recent side extension in #Knowle which included: - Knocking down the old timber utility room, - Re-building a larger utility area and separate garage space, - A new hipped roof, - Vaulted ceiling with a velux window for more natural light, - Downstairs shower room, - Floor tiling, - New boiler, - Kitchen units with sink, - Landscaping and new gate.
