Tower Cinema, Skegness
Description
Cinema & Entertainment for all the family! About Us;
The Tower Cinema is a two screen independent that was purchased by Teen Spirit in March of 1998. On acquisition the cinema was a one screen auditorium that heavily reflected its art deco era. The ongoing programme of investment has seen the cinema twinned to create a second screen which has enabled management to offer a wider film choice. A complete refurbishment of the projection house meant that the cinema now offer the sound quality expected of modern day cinema.
The original sweet shop was transformed into what is now known as the famous “Choc Box” offering modern day refreshments and a wide selection of delicious munchables!!
Both screens are fully air conditioned and equipped with modern day cinema seating with integral cup holders. The seating arrangements have been designed for maximum comfort with spacious leg room.
Being just a two screen cinema limits the selection of films you may show at one time. The Tower Cinema however prides itself of securing all major children’s films on release. The cinema has a family orientated audience and ensures that it secures all major blockbusters.
The continued programme for investment will see both 3D format and full digital transition throughout 2011.
There are plans for an additional 2 screens and a licensed bar within the next few years.
