I joined the Cambridge Weight Plan in August 2016 and loved how easy the plan was to follow with all my meals and snacks sorted for the week ahead! I have managed to loose 3 stone and 3lb with the help of my independent consultant and I am excited to now start helping other people achieve their goals!
