Happy New Year everybody! We hope you had a wonderful festive season full of family, fun, frolics, turkey (or appropriate vegetarian substitute) and the odd bit of rest here and there as well. We're five days into 2017 and August will be here before you know it, so we're already back at work and hard at it to make this year's Farmer Phil's Festival even better than last year! Speaking of which, here's a New Year address - and an appeal - from our Commander-in-Chief:

Ladies, gents, boys, girls (& dogs, owls, ferrets and all of the animals from The Exotic Zoo) we wish you all a very Happy New Year! Thank you all for your amazing support through 2016. We saw a festival full of amazing talent and danced the weekend away in a field of full of love. Friendships were born, children inspired, mummy's and daddies well rested and many lovely memories were made. Hey gang, Steve (web & design guy) here. I'm putting together a new blog for the Farmer Phil's Festival website that's going to be a No Frills Guide to Festival Camping. I'd like to include some interesting/funny anecdotes from our seasoned regulars to make it a more lively read - so if any of you have any sage words of wisdom for those making their festival-going debuts next year, please share them below! (By the way, I know there's a number of these festival guide articles online, but plagiarism is NOT COOL hence why I'm asking the Farmer Phil's Festival Family!)
