Luxury modern accommodation comprising of living room, large kitchen, downstairs bathroom and 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 with ensuite.
Living Room: 2 leather sofas, 32" LCD Flat Screen TV, DVD/CD player and Freeview.
Master Bedroom: Downstairs room with double bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and ensuite facilities with shower.
Bedroom 1: Upstairs - 1 double bed and 1 single bed, fitted wardrobe, cupboards and 2 bedside tables.
Bedroom 2: Upstairs - 3 single beds, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 bedside cabinets.
Kitchen: Fully fitted, modern kitchen with built in hob and oven, washing machine, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and small electrical appliances. Also an extending table and chairs.
Bathroom: Downstairs - Fully tiled with an electric shower over the bath.
Rear Garden: Side door leading to fully enclosed garden with picnic bench and garden seat.
The cottage benefits from Oil fueled central heating and hot water.
There is ample parking at the front of the cottage.
