🏠 ANOTHER EXTENSION COMPLETED🏠 We were asked back to Strathaven by previous clients Harry and Julie after renovating the inside of there house 2 years ago to add on a rear kitchen extension. There was mountains and mountain of soil to come out with a new retaining wall built round the soon to be patio area. We took out the 2 existing Lintols and put in two 6 meter steel beams with a support beam added to take the weight where the internal loadbearing wall was. The extension has a vaulted ceiling with 2 velux windows to let the light in with an added utility room. The feature being a 4 meter bifold door white internal and anthracite external. A new kitchen has been installed and the difference is amazing!! We are coming back again in the spring to finish off the wall with seating attached to it and either a sandstone or slate finish to the patio. They are over the moon with the the work and once again they have been first class customers that are a pleasure to work with. Thanks again Harry and Julie. 🏚🔨🛠⛏🏠👌🏻👍🏻

Here is a rear extension/renovation we completed recently in Blackwood. This job consisted of knocking through a cupboard at the front to make a new hallway straight through to the kitchen and forming a new stair banister. In the kitchen we knocked down some partitions to extend the kitchen area and removed the back window where we can now walk out into the extension that is now a rear sitting room which also has a new shower room and toilet added on. We fitted the new larger kitchen and continued the new flooring from the extension right through to the front door. All Windows in the existing house were replaced and a new front composite door fitted. Another happy customer and thanks to Karen Logan and Gordon for being great clients and working alongside us. 🏠🔨

We recently converted this garage in Carluke that was just being used as a store into a new dining room off of the Livingroom. Now it is making the most of the space that the house has and making it seem larger.

A job we finished last year at dillarburn. We had a lot of work going on here with a single storey extension at the back with bi-folding doors and a utility. Inside we converted the garage to a large bedroom with en-suite and walk in wardrobe. We had to turn the staircase round and make the new entry from the kitchen which let us convert above the garage into an office. Internally we partitioned off the living room and took partitions down to make a larger bedroom and add an en-suite in. Also we changed all the doors to oak with new frames, Skirtings and facings. There was a lot of upheaval in this job but the clients were absolutely great which make difficult jobs like this a lot easier to complete. Just waiting on the better weather now to go back and form a new patio area. Thanks David and Jacqueline Cahill
