Our Food Co-op
Description
Our Food Co-op is an award-winning scheme that makes it easy for Preston residents to buy fresh fruit and veg. Simple, affordable and open to everyone! Our Food Co-op bag scheme (supported by CGA, Preston City Council & the Wildlife Trust) has now been running two years, supplying nearly 3000 bags of fresh fruit and veg across Preston.
Our Food Co-op is simple and open to anyone! You can choose either a fruit bag, a vegetable bag or a salad bag; and all bags cost just £4 each.
Each bag contains six different products, and we try to vary the contents every week, according to season - for example, a veg bag will always have two kilos of potatoes and carrots, but will also contain four seasonal products.
**If you are in receipt of Healthy Start Vouchers they can be used as part payment, which means a bag will only cost 90p with your voucher!**
