9th session in 8 days 😴😴 260x2 after quite a bit of volume, no spot and an empty gym. Trying to keep perfect form. One felt good, 2 not so much but still improving. Finally got to get to use my @repboards today, and actually worked pretty well as I was training on my own. 8x2s @ 190kg with a 2min rest followed by 4x4s around the 190-200kg mark to a 2". Definitely my sticking point. Lower bench meant small bum rise but I'm not worrying to much about that. #bench #roadto215 #press #reps #repboards #fitness #strength #wod #somanydoubles #2inchesallround
